Birdfeeding: Friends of a Feather Flock Together

Today is mostly cloudy and mild.  I'm hearing thunder.

I fed the birds.  I've seen a flock of house finches and a lady cardinal.

I put out water for the birds and watered a few plants.

EDIT 7/30/24 -- I went out to straighten a pot that got knocked over.

It's starting to spit rain.  I can see rain to the north and south from the west edge of the yard.

EDIT 7/30/24 -- It drizzled a bit this afternoon, so everything is wet.

I did a bit of work around the patio.

I walked along the road for a while.  I saw a couple of faint deer tracks in the mud of the driveway.  From the look of them, these were made when the mud was still fairly fluid and almost erased them.
