Birdfeeding

birdfeedingToday is sunny and mild.
I fed the birds. I've seen a lady cardinal.
While out driving around, we saw two blue herons and lots of killdeer.
Harvest is starting. Several corn fields and at least one bean field are down.
EDIT 9/13/23 -- I gathered seeds.
One of my hostas is blooming, and the other patch of that kind has buds on it. Very pretty lavender flowers, quite late in the season for hosta to bloom. These plants have dark green, narrow, strappy leaves. I have no idea what kind they are because I got two big hunks of the stuff at a plant swap.
