Birdfeeding
Jul. 14th, 2023 04:47 pmToday is sunny and hot.
I fed the birds. I've seen a few house finches.
EDIT 7/14/23 -- I picked a handful of blackberries in the prairie garden.
I've seen a fox squirrel.
The wildflower garden is full of bees and other insects. :D Official seal of approval! Queen Anne's lace and zinnias are beginning to bloom in various places. Cypress vine is blooming in the septic garden. The first gladiolus flower is open in the septic garden, red with the tiniest edge of white.

EDIT 7/14/23 -- I watered the septic garden and plants in the yard by the house.
The weather is still hot and humid. :P
EDIT 7/14/23 -- I watered the telephone pole garden, wildflower garden, and notch in the prairie garden.
EDIT 7/14/23 -- I watered the oak seedlings, tulip bed and its grass patch.
Fireflies are coming out. Cicadas are singing.
As it is getting dark, I am done for the night.
