Birdfeeding

It's a beautiful spring day out today, sunny and mild.

I fed the birds. I've seen a flock of sparrows, a flock of grackles, a small flock of mourning doves, several house finches, and two robins.

I put out water for the birds, and I watered some plants that needed it. Then I started weeding along the south edge of the strip garden.

Lilacs and tulips are in full bloom. Wild cherries have flower buds. Celandine poppy and bluebells are blooming. Daffodils are winding down.

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
