Lol. I've had black-capped chickadees do that. I know we have tufted titmice at least in the summer, and I've seen them at state park birdfeeders, but I've never had one in the yard. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to hear them yelling Peter Peter Peter during spring migration, usually at five in the morning. P.
