I met a Trumpeter Swan today!

Trumpeter Swans are rare-ish in my area, and mostly we get Mute Swans, who have red/orange beaks and are apparently more flexible with their necks? Or anyway, they do more twisting around than Trumpeters do.

But, there's a bunch up in Northbridge MA lately, so I went to try and find them.

I found (at least) one of them, hurrah.
