Birdfeeding

Today is partly cloudy and warm.

I haven't fed the birds yet, but have seen several house finches and a fox squirrel.

We got the mower going so that my partner Doug can mow things, and we walked around the prairie garden and area by the patio discussing what to mow.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- We unloaded 2 bags of cypress mulch, 2 bags of topsoil, 1 bag of potting soil, and 1 bag of compost from the car, left from yesterday's shopping trip that I didn't have time to post about earlier.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- I fed the birds.

I put out water for the birds.  Honeybees are mobbing the metal birdbath today.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- I did some trimming around the patio.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- I did more trimming around the patio.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- I watered the septic garden, patio plants, and picnic table.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- I watered the notch in the prairie garden and the tower strip.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- We got the mower going again, so Doug is mowing in the prairie garden and savanna.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- I watered the telephone pole garden.

EDIT 7/7/24 -- I did a bit more around the patio.

Fireflies are coming out.

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
