Birdfeeding

Today is sunny, breezy, and warm.

I fed the birds.  I've seen a flock of house finches and a fox squirrel.

I put out water for the birds and watered a few plants.  The honeybees are mobbing the metal birdbath.

EDIT 7/2/24 -- I watered the septic garden.

I've seen several sparrows in the forest garden.

EDIT 7/2/24 -- I watered the patio plants, picnic table, and notch in the prairie garden.

Some of the milkweeds in the prairie garden are taller than I am now.  The sunchokes are towering overhead.

EDIT 7/2/24 -- I watered all three strips in the prairie garden.

EDIT 7/2/24 -- I watered the telephone pole garden, grass patch, and seedlings in the savanna.

Fireflies and dragonflies are aloft.  :D  Annual cicadas have started singing.

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
