Birdfeeding

Today is cloudy, cool, and damp. It rained last night, and the grass is still all wet.

I fed the birds. I haven't seen any activity though.

My Breck's order arrived.

EDIT 4/24/24 -- The sun has come out a bit more.

I've seen several male house finches and a fox squirrel. A small bird was bathing in the puddle at the end of the driveway, but I couldn't see well enough to identify it.

I planted a 'Brandywine' purple raspberry.

EDIT 4/24/24 -- I planted 2 nodding onions in the wildflower garden.

Pink and blue things are blooming there. Wild cherries are blooming. Raspberries have buds.

There are wood chips all over the grass where some sort of woodpecker has been drilling into the maple tree, possibly the northern flicker that I saw recently.

I watered plants.

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
