Birdfeeding
Jan. 22nd, 2023 04:42 pmToday is cloudy and cool. Last night it snowed a little, just enough to frost the ground. By morning it had all melted off, so everything is wet.
I fed the birds. I've seen a flock of sparrows, a pair of cardinals, two female downy woodpeckers chasing each other, and a starling on the suet cage. :D
I walked around the yard some more. I haven't seen any more bulbs sprouting. I was looking for snowdrops, which are usually the first to appear, but apparently they are sleeping in.
