Birdfeeding

Today is mostly sunny and sweltering.

I fed the birds. I've seen a few house finches.

My garlic chives are blooming, much later than usual.

EDIT 7/28/23 -- I watered the septic garden and plants in the yard by the house.

EDIT 7/28/23 -- I watered the telephone pole garden, wildflower garden, and notch in the prairie garden.

EDIT 7/28/23 -- I watered the oak seedlings, tulip bed and its grass patch.

Cicadas are singing. Several bats are patrolling the driveway. Lots of fireflies tonight -- hot wet air is their idea of romantic atmosphere. :D

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
