Birdfeeding

Today is sunny and quite warm.

I fed the birds. I've seen several house finches at the feeders, and a wren on the window of the bathroom.

I put out water for the birds and watered a few plants.

EDIT 5/29/23 -- My partner Doug drilled holes in the wide, shallow pots (originally meant as drainage saucers). That left tall collars of plastic inside, so I trimmed those out. Then I filled them with potting soil. I sowed Corsican mint in one and assorted sedum in the other. Finally I watered them, and as long as I was at it, the other potted plants on the patio. \o/

EDIT 5/29/23 -- I cut weeds around the burn barrel and along the south side of the house.

EDIT 5/29/23 -- I sprayed weeds around the burn barrel, along the south side of the house, some of the sidewalk, and the savanna.

EDIT 5/29/23 -- I sprayed weeds in most of the prairie garden.

EDIT 5/29/23 -- I watered the septic garden and things in the yard by the house.

EDIT 5/29/23 -- I watered everything north of the driveway.
