Birdfeeding

Today is partly sunny and damn cold. It's currently 15°F with a wind chill of 0°F from 14mph wind. O_O
I haven't fed the birds yet, but I have seen a flock of sparrows and a mourning dove in the forest garden. Feeders have been heavily used with little birdy tracks all over the ground.
I took pictures around the yard. Did I mention it's damn cold out? And I couldn't bundle up as much as usual, because with a scarf over my face I couldn't see to shoot. I think I got some good pictures, though. There are some lovely sculptural snowdrifts at low levels, and enough sun to highlight the shapes. I hope.
EDIT 1/19/24 -- I fed the birds. I've seen a male and a female cardinal separately, in addition to the earlier birds.
I put out water for the birds.
