Birdfeeding

Today is sunny and warm.

I fed the birds.  I've seen a lady cardinal and a fox squirrel.

EDIT 9/2/23 -- I put out water for the birds and watered a few plants.  I also picked 2 red cherry tomatoes and 5 yellow pear tomatoes, which is the largest haul I've gotten so far.  :D

EDIT 9/2/23 -- I watered the septic garden, telephone pole garden, and wildflower garden.  Sedum and garlic chives are swarming with pollinators.

I've seen several house finches at the fly-through feeder.

EDIT 9/2/23 -- I watered the patio plants and the notch in the prairie garden.

Goldenrod has flower buds turning yellow, but not quite open yet.  A little longer and it'll be swarming with butterflies.  :D

EDIT 9/2/23 -- I watered the oak seedlings, tulip bed and its grass patch.

I've seen several giant dragonflies zooming around the road. 

As it is getting dark, I am done for the night.
