Birdfeeding

ysabetwordsmithToday is cloudy and mild. We finally got some rain last night. :D The grass is still wet, but I've got branches to pick up. At least I don't need to water tonight.
I fed the birds. I've seen several house finches. A squirrel was scolding overhead, but I didn't see it.
EDIT 8/7/23 -- I got back outside to pick up a couple of branches that fell down in the south lot. Breaking up those filled the trolley, which I dumped on top of the firepit.
Cicadas are singing.
EDIT 8/7/23 -- I broke up a brushpile in the savanna and hauled it to the firepit.
Crickets are singing.
It's not really dark yet, but I'm tired and have a ton of fishbowl work to do, so I'm done for the night.
