Birdfeeding

Today is sunny and warm.

I haven't fed the birds yet, but I have seen three white-crowned sparrows, several other sparrows, a pair of house finches, and a mourning dove. I suspect that I may have at least a small flock of white-crowned sparrows, so I'm hoping that company encourages them to stick around. :D

EDIT 5/9/23 -- I fed the birds. I saw a pair of goldfinches on the hopper feeder! \o/

EDIT 5/9/23 -- I weeded the barrel garden, so that one is now ready for planting.

EDIT 5/9/23 -- I started weeding the goddess garden.

EDIT 5/9/23 -- We made another major shopping run for plants. I got almost everything on my list. \o/

EDIT 5/9/23 -- I potted up an orange viola, a yellow viola, and two white alyssum.

I planted 4 orange and 4 yellow giant marigolds in the garden by the telephone pole.

I moved the wandering dew, wandering dyke, and a new golden pothos into new pots. I decided to put the golden pothos in the brass planter and the wandering dyke in the teal macramé hanger.

As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
