birdfeeding | Catbirds

I finally saw a Gray catbird yesterday near the pond.

Otherwise it's the usual Blue Jays, Cardinals, House Sparrows and Mourning Doves.

They're frisky birds and fun to watch. I first saw them the year I cut oranges for the orioles. Apparently catbirds like fruit too.

I envy you your catbirds! I hear them long before I see them, but we haven't had any so far this spring. P.

Mine are up in the trees, meowing like cats who haven't been fed today. :D But some of them do come to the feeders.
