Each year, I try to see a different bird per day for as many days as possible - the most I've ever got was about 128, I think.
So far this year, my birds (I am in the UK) have been:
Lapwing, Redwing, Great Northern Diver, Blackcap, Goldcrest, Crow, Gannet, Chaffinch, Stonechat, Black-necked grebe, Red-breasted merganser, Raven, Bullfinch, Pintail, Song thrush, Wigeon, Snipe, Lesser black-backed gull, Rock pipit, Peregrine falcon, Greenfinch, Shelduck, Great crested grebe, Greenshank, Shag, Long-tailed tit, Ringed plover, Pochard, Cattle egret, Jackdaw, Bar-headed goose, Mistle thrush, Peacock, Little grebe, Tufted duck, Moorhen, Black-headed gull, Marsh harrier, Dunnock, Chiffchaff, Pied wagtail, Long eared owl, Jay, Kingfisher, Short-toed treecreeper, Common gull, Pheasant, Redshank, Mediterranean gull, Grey plover, Great black-backed gull, Stock dove, Blackbird, Firecrest, Buzzard, Coot, Cormorant, Cetti's Warbler, Dunlin.
This is not the total number of birds seen, but the one's I have picked for the particular day - ie. the rarest one seen that day. Some were in the garden, others at the beach or wetland areas etc.

Thanks - hadn't seen a Firecrest or a treecreeper for a few years, so was pleased with those!
