Birdfeeding

Today is partly sunny and mild.
I fed the birds. I've seen several house finches.
EDIT 7/19/24 -- We got the tarp spread out and the picnic table propped upright.
EDIT 7/19/24 -- I realized that I needed to scrub off the picnic table because it has bits of mud and stuff on it from wildlife investigating. I settled on using a dry dish sponge, since that's rough enough to remove dirt without needing liquid. I managed to get one bench cleaned off.
EDIT 7/19/24 -- I got the other bench and top scrubbed off.
EDIT 7/19/24 -- We started spraying water sealer on the picnic table.
EDIT 7/19/24 -- I walked around the yard a bit. The first naked ladies are blooming near the old fishpond. The first pink cosmo is blooming in the notch of the prairie garden, and zinnias there are showing flower buds.
